PITTSBURG, CA – In recognition of her commitment to Democratic ideals, today Mae Cendaña Torlakson earned the endorsement of two Democratic organizations in California’s 14th Assembly District: the Contra Costa County Young Democrats and the Community Democratic Club of Solano County. These endorsements demonstrate Torlakson’s strong appeal to the grassroots movement of the Democratic Party.
Upon receiving news of the endorsement, Mae Cendaña Torlakson announced the following:

In the Assembly, I pledge to work with my colleagues to address issues facing the 14th District including equal opportunity in K-12 and higher education, job creation, environmental protection, and women’s rights.
